Does This Replace My Insurance?

No. Most patients keep insurance for hospital care, imaging, and outside specialists, and use the Care Partnership for everyday and root-cause care. It is a form of direct primary care.

How Much Does the Care Partnership Cost?

The Care Partnership is $110 per month. That includes direct provider access, longer visits, plain-language lab reviews, member messaging, and a proactive plan across hormones, weight, thyroid, and functional medicine. If your needs are deeper, the Concierge Partnership is available at $385 per month.

Can I Use My HSA or FSA?

Yes. The Care Partnership and most services are HSA- and FSA-eligible. Check your specific plan, and we can provide the documentation you may need.

Do I Sign a Contract, or Can I Cancel Anytime?

The Care Partnership has a 3-month minimum commitment from your start date, with autopay required to maintain the membership. After the minimum, it runs month to month, and you can cancel with written notice, effective at the end of your current billing cycle. Ending the minimum commitment early means the remaining months are billed. If you rejoin later, a $100 re-enrollment fee applies, and re-enrollment is subject to availability.

How Quickly Can I Get an Appointment as a Member?
