Karen Dittmer is a seasoned Family Nurse Practitioner with over 15 years of experience in urgent care, family practice, and primary care. She received her graduate degree and FNP certification from Southern Illinois University Edwardsville in 2007.

Since 2015, Karen has specialized in hormone optimization and wellness for both women and men. As someone who has personally benefited from hormone therapy, she brings an empathetic, patient-centered approach to her care. Karen integrates both traditional and alternative modalities to create customized, effective treatment plans that help patients thrive—not just survive.
