Patient Experience Coordinator

Amy has been married to her husband, Dustin, since 2015 and together they have one son, Payton. She lives in Quincy with her husband, son, and three “furbabies” (dogs) – Duchess, Molly, & Mia. Amy has been in the healthcare industry for over 15 years. She has done transcription, durable medical equipment, process improvement, reception, management, and patient experience. In her free time, Amy runs a nonprofit, Josie Basket Project, in honor of her daughter who was stillborn in 2018. She enjoys being creative, helping others, singing, dancing, reading, and spending time with her family and friends. When asked about what she likes most about working at VHR, Amy said, “Most people who come see us really don’t feel like the best version of themselves. We get to watch them through their health and wellness journey and I love watching our patients succeed and feel great!”
